1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LouLux Management website or applying for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between LouLux Management ("the Agency") and the Creator.

2. Eligibility & Verification

  • Age Requirement: All creators must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Identification: Creators must provide valid government-issued identification to comply with platform regulations (OnlyFans 2257 compliance).

  • Authenticity: You warrant that all information provided during the application process is accurate and that you are the sole individual depicted in your content.

3. Scope of Services

LouLux Management provides a comprehensive suite of services, including but not limited to:

  • 24/7 Account Management and Fan Engagement.

  • Multi-platform Social Media Marketing and Viral Growth Funnels.

  • Strategic Content Planning and Optimization.

  • DMCA Content Protection and Takedown Services.

4. Creator Obligations

To achieve Top 0.1% status, the Creator agrees to:

  • Content Production: Provide high-quality content on a weekly basis as per the agreed-upon schedule.

  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with their assigned Account Manager via approved channels (e.g., WhatsApp).

  • Exclusivity: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LouLux Management acts as the exclusive management representative for the Creator’s OnlyFans and related subscription platforms.

5. Revenue & Fees

  • Performance-Based Model: LouLux Management operates on a commission-based structure. We only earn when you earn.

  • Invoicing: Performance fees are invoiced on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the specific creator agreement.

  • Transparency: All payouts from platforms go directly to the Creator. The Creator is responsible for paying the Agency’s performance fee promptly upon invoicing.

6. Intellectual Property & Privacy

  • Ownership: The Creator retains 100% ownership of their original content.

  • Usage Rights: The Creator grants LouLux Management a limited license to use content for the purpose of account management and marketing on the Creator’s behalf.

  • NDA: Both parties agree to absolute confidentiality regarding business strategies, earnings, and personal identities.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice period as defined in the individual Creator Contract. Upon termination, all access to accounts will be returned to the Creator, and any outstanding performance fees must be settled.
